You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. Liferab Studios shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

Subscription Services: If you purchase a subscription to our Premium version, you authorize Liferab Studios to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LIFERAB STUDIO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIFERAB STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFERAB STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact Liferab Studios at info@liferab.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.
